Hello and welcome to The Gold Direction!
My name is Abigail. I have played many roles in my lifetime: wife, daughter, sister, aunt, pet-mom, friend, entrepreneur, step-mom, fairy godmother, tax advisor and Motivational Life Coach. I have now found myself in a new role as a spiritual guide. Life is not lived as a series of independent events or choices. We all touch one another and the world around us. All of our actions and the words we use towards ourselves or others affect us as whole beings. To this end we must view each aspect of our life as an ingredient in the evolution of us as a unified person. To that end I take my certifications and life experiences and serve as a guide to develop personal spirituality for each of my clients. Spirituality is different for each person and each path is unique. A reverence for a powerful work ethic is a form of spirituality to the one who possesses it.
Through this blog, one-on-one Skype sessions and, most importantly, in-person live seminars I endeavor to share with others what I have learned and continue to learn about finding happiness in our everyday lives.
We explore a variety of ways we can each choose happiness everyday and put every moment we are given to the best use.
